POLICY

 

POSH NAILS BAR STORE POLICY

The purpose of our policy here at Posh Nails Bar, is to protect your rights, the safety and well- being of all our clients and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. We may not be able to provide services to:

  • Anyone with open or infected wound on the treatment area.
  • Anyone with nail condition or in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
  • Anyone showing Rude, Mean or Mean or Disrespectful.
    Diabetes Client: Please inform to our technician so we can provide the service with proper care and NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED due to the Health Safety protocol.

To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:

  • Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
  • While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
  • Inform the staff/salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service
  • Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.

GUARANTEE

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful
for weeks after your service.

  • Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping and enhancements service after your appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service.
  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
  • Repairs after guarantee time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We will not be responsible for any infected nails.
    (Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection)

REFUND

  • No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
  • As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are
    happy with the service provided to your nails.
  • If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
  • No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
  • We will redo any service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we
    have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
    Please DO NOT send email request the fixes. Please CALL the salon.

APPOINTMENT:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the entire time for your scheduled treatment.
  • If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hours notification.
  • Late Arrivals: Tardiness Scheduled appointments have a 15 minutes grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic. If you anticipate that you will be longer than 15 minutes late, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late appointment schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments.
  • Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse services or only accommodate your need as much as we can in the slotted time.
  • Please inform additional services (nail design, nail soak off…) when you schedule appointment. More info you give us for your service will help us put you with right technicians and extend your service time.
  • Eyelash extension, salon package, group more than 3, etc… will require for deposit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

NO SHOWS

If you make an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for, we reserve the right
to charge a service fee of $10 on you next appointment.

PRICING

Price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please make sure you know
before service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept cash. All major credit card transactions will get additional 2.99% fee from the card
processing company ($10 minimum purchase). Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

GIFT CARD:

  • Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any ;me.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
  • We are not liable to redeem any gift card that are presented for redemption after the expiry date. Please look careful for the expiration date.

SURVEILLANCE

For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance

CHILD SAFETY

For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. To respects our clients relaxing, please keep your children not run around, yelling or crying. In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, children are only permitted in the salon if they are being seen by one of our Nail Technician. We do not want to compromise you and our other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

PETS

Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergens. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. An animal that provides only comfort or emotional support to a person is not a service animal according to The Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 437.023.

CELL PHONE

All clients/customers come here to relax. Please check to see if your phone is on vibrate or
silent. We ask kindly that if you need to make a phone call please step outside and let us know
in advance before your service. Keep in mind this may cut into your service ;me. We also ask
that while your Nail Technician is working with you, you do not use your cell phone. It makes it difficult for them to do their job up to the standards.
